LAS VEGAS (Oct. 30, 2023) – The newly introduced Toyota Tacoma has been designated by SEMA participating firms as the victor of the 2023 SEMA Top Midsize Truck award. This accolade marks the second instance within three years that Toyota has emerged triumphant in the Best Midsize Truck classification and signifies the third continuous year that Toyota models have been commended, which includes the 2021 Midsize Truck of the Year for Tacoma, the 2021 Sport Compact of the Year for GR Supra, and the 2022 Sport Compact of the Year for GR86. Furthermore, Toyota was identified as a finalist in four distinct vehicle categories for the year 2023.

Toyota is unveiling seven 2024 Tacoma models, showcasing only a handful of the numerous possibilities that the Tacoma range offers. These exclusive concepts and tailored builds incorporate the Tacoma Blue Beetle, in addition to custom versions of Tacoma TrailHunter, Tacoma TRD Pro, Tacoma TRD Off-Road, and more. Toyota is also introducing the 2024 Tacoma X-Runner Concept, which represents the vision of the Toyota Calty Design Studio regarding the appearance and performance of a lowered street truck powered by a 3.4-liter twin-turbocharged V6, exhibiting the versatility provided by Tacoma’s TGNA-F product foundation.
