2025 Ford Bronco Sport With Enhanced Technology Will Be Priced At $31,590

The updated 2025 Ford Bronco Sport makes its debut this year, featuring a standard 13.2-inch touchscreen along with a 12.3-inch digital display, accompanied by a $200 increase from the 2024 model. The compact crossover in base Big Bend configuration is priced at $31,590, which includes a $1,595 destination charge.

New for 2025 is an optional Sasquatch off-road package adapted from the larger Bronco, which serves as Ford’s off-road flagship. While it shares some characteristics, such as 17-inch carbonized alloy rims, the Bronco Sport utilizes 29-inch Goodyear Territory All-Terrain tires (235/65/R17) rather than the 35-inch mud terrain tires found in the bigger model.

Ford equips the Bronco Sport Sasquatch with five steel skid plates mounted beneath its body, elevating it to 8.8 inches of ground clearance—0.6 inches higher than the Bronco Sport Badlands. Its modular bumpers, designed for off-road accessories, offer an approach angle of up to 31.2 degrees (30.0 degrees on Badlands without the Sasquatch package) and a departure angle of 27.9 degrees (26.7 degrees standard on Badlands). Dual front fender tie-downs emerge from each fender near the front doors, capable of securing up to 150 pounds of cargo on the roof from either side. Four auxiliary switches located on the ceiling activate a range of accessories provided by Ford, which can be affixed to a support bar that secures the front bash plate along with two integrated tow hooks. At the rear, the elevated bumper includes recovery D-rings and a standard tow hitch that increases the towing capacity from 2,200 to 2,700 pounds on the Badlands variant.

The Sasquatch can be equipped with either the Outer Banks model featuring a turbocharged 1.5-liter 3-cylinder engine, which delivers 181 hp and 190 lb-ft of torque, or the Badlands with its 2.0-liter turbo-4 engine rated at 238 hp and 277 lb-ft (using premium fuel). These enhancements make the model a more capable off-road vehicle compared to the Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness and potentially surpass the Jeep Compass Trailhawk.

The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks is priced at $36,580, with the Sasquatch package adding an additional $3,535. However, it must be paired with the Tech Package, making the total cost of the Sasquatch Package $5,230, which brings the Outer Banks Sasquatch to $41,810.

The 2025 Badlands is priced at $41,590, and the Sasquatch increases the cost by $2,990, raising the total to $44,580.

The Badlands Sasquatch features a more powerful cooling fan, boosting from 650 watts to 850 watts, allowing for expedited, prolonged, and rigorous operation in Rally mode. The Outer Banks Sasquatch now includes the Badlands’ twin-clutch rear differential and locking rear end for the first time.

The Sasquatch also gains enhanced agility on its rear suspension. While MacPherson struts are retained at the front, the independent rear suspension now features Bilstein shocks with passive damping, designed to effectively manage rebound and compression on rough terrains, while still maintaining a smooth crossover-like ride on paved roads, as reported.

A Black Diamond package for Big Bend models provides the aesthetics of the Sasquatch without the Bilsteins or the rear locker.

The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport will be available at dealerships by year’s end, with Sasquatch packages ready for order early in 2025. The base model Big Bend is priced at $31,590, and includes a standard 13.2-inch touchscreen, which can be linked with an optional surround-view camera system to display the surroundings of the Bronco Sport. Notably, the Sasquatch variants include an off-road version that illustrates what lies beneath the front wheels, activating in off-road mode and disabling when exceeding 20 mph.

A more expansive 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster illustrates the distinctions between the five drive modes (seven on Badlands and Sasquatch models), along with pitch and roll indicators and additional vehicle data.

Each 2025 Bronco Sport is outfitted with advanced driver-assist technologies including adaptive cruise control, active lane-keeping assistance, blind-spot monitoring, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, and automatic high-beam headlights.
